As long as I've lived and experienced the office staff at Brickgate Apartments, I always loved the help I received. The assistant manager at the time (Selenas) and the leasing Agent (Shandee) were always very helpful. Yes, they usually were always very busy helping with residents and people coming into the office but I know they did the best that they could. A lot of people were vet rude and treated them badly. I watched it in person!! The leasing Agent at the time always had a smile on her face and treated me very well. She was always professional and went out of her way to help me, she even stayed after office hours if she needed to. The package system gets packed and they do the best that they can! People just expect too much, the office staff are not liable and I trusted the selenas and Shandee with handling them. I never had any issues of anything going missing. Why don't you check the delivery service they could never do their job correct..... Apartment complexes isn't always easy with neighbors, parking and different office staff. But the girls in the office always tried to do the best they could and treated me like family. Don't always believe what people post, the apartments are beautiful and the staff is awesome. I would recommend Brickgate as ur new home, give them a chance :) the office staff are still doing great.
